SOUTH BEND -- In today's society of convenience, more cell phone users expect quality wireless service wherever they are, whether they're in the grocery store or walking on the sidewalk on their way to work.
"They don't want to have to walk outside to be able to use their phones," said Ken Borner, senior director of engineering and network operations for U.S. Cellular.
U.S. Cellular aims to address that demand, he said, one cell site at a time.
